Regardless if you are a beginner or novice, a trainer can help you reach your fitness goals. You will first meet with your trainer to go over your goals and assess your fitness level so that your trainer can make a workout that is just right for you. Choose between 1, 2, or 3 training sessions per week depending on your goal timeline. A personal trainer can be just what you need to hold you accountable, create new and fun workouts for you, and help you achieve your goals. Your personal trainer will provide physical and mental guidance and monitor your progress on a regular basis, all while ensuring your safety to prevent injuries while training.

Group Fitness Classes

We offer fitness classes designed to help challenge and amp up your workouts and make them fun! Regardless of your skill level, we have a class that will fit your fitness goals. Whether you are an early bird or night owl, our classes run around the clock for ease into your schedule, we even offer classes at 12:15pm in Henry to accommodate you on your lunch break. Through a combination of training such as strength, endurance, flexibility as well as others you will reach your fitness goals. Signing up for classes is easy by using the Mindbody app. Punch cards and individual classes are an option but when you become a Premium member all of our classes are included in your membership!
